Minnesota roots. A world of flavor.
A local truck with a curious appetite.
Colby’s World Classics has been serving Alexandria since 2021. Our name says a lot about the menu: familiar favorites, a little adventure, and plenty to bring people together.
Welcome to Colby’s
Comfort food.
With room to explore.
A specialty burger might be what brings you over. Cheesy pickle egg rolls, Bangin Shrimp, or a bowl of hibachi might be what you try next. Our menu brings flavors from around the world to the same gathering.
We’re based in Alexandria, Minnesota, serving Glenwood, Starbuck, and surrounding communities. You’ll find our food at private celebrations, company events, fairs, festivals, and community gatherings.
Your event starts with a conversation.
For private events, we’ll help you choose the menu and talk through service from the truck. Smaller gatherings can also ask about delivery. Michelle is your contact for availability and event details.
