Colby’s World Classics is based in Alexandria, Minnesota and serves West Central Minnesota, Central Minnesota, and select larger events in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area. From weddings and private parties to corporate events and festivals, we travel to communities throughout the region to bring fresh, crowd-pleasing food directly from the truck.
