Twin Cities service is selective. Send your date, venue or city, approximate guest count, and event type. We’ll review travel and service requirements with you before confirming availability.

We consider larger events in Minneapolis, St. Paul, Maple Grove, Plymouth, Edina, Eden Prairie, Shakopee, Minnetonka, Bloomington, Golden Valley, Roseville, and Woodbury. A listed city is a place to ask about, not a guarantee of availability.
03 / Plan your gathering
For a larger company event, wedding, or private celebration, explain when guests will eat and how the venue handles food trucks. Include vendor access and parking requirements if you have them.
04 / Plan your gathering
Our usual travel guidance is approximately two hours from Alexandria for larger events. Metro venues may fall outside that guidance. Ask for event-specific travel approval and pricing; don’t assume the usual $50 travel fee applies to every metro booking.
